This isn't a review.
When I originally set up this blog, as shown by the title, my posts would either be on Ranting (My Views), Reality (My Life) and Reading (Books I enjoy). This has however not been the case, I wasn't a very avid reader and I was hoping this blog would change that, it hasn't. Well it's hard to change. -_-
If you want to be pedantic about it you could say that you are the one doing the reading, or that I'm reading up on my life, but ultimately there will be few reviews on actual books, sorry book lovers. But if I'm to do reviews on books I'll be reading then the only choice I have at this moment is my School Books.
This this is another revision noted post, how delightful. Like many in my School and around the country, I am preparing for my May Exams. These are to determine my grade for AS, as well as the chances I'll be progressing into next year, and if you read my last post you'll know that I'm not overly self confident with my final grade. Talking of my friends, I should do a heads up to some of their blogs, after one of them was kind enough to include me in them. This is for anyone who wants to stalk me from an alternative viewpoint or who want to look at better quality standards of writing.

Now that the formalities are out of the way lets do a [cough] book [cough] review. To be honest this is less of a book review and more of me telling you how great my subject is. Although I have struggled at many subjects, that, at least, I've enjoyed. As a result I strongly endorse Economics for its wider view on the world, while looking at the reasons for government and banking intervention, why is it important that wages and prices rise, while making sure that our economy is strong and competitive and why that is more important than you think. So for you I strongly recommend any Economics related books, in terms of wider education courses, I feel it is under appreciated and should be more popular amongst other students. Many of us will work in an office or for a large company at some point. So show me why an understanding of your companies position would be less important than the study of human think patterns (No offence to the philosophy people.) So Economics is not just a study of the economy but the foundations that our society is based upon and it is only by understanding it that we can manipulate it into something better.
Sorry if that seemed a bit extended, I will try to make a book review at some point in the future, but for now this will have to do, along with my other topics of Ranting, Reality, Reviews and other things beginning with R. For any of you asking why 'R', it's a nod to Sir William Curtis who set down the basics for education being that children should know the three 'R's of learning, which were Reading (Hence, why this is first), Writing and Arithmetic, the irony being only one of these starts with 'r', but hey, maybe it just sounds cool.
